You’ll be developing complex products with high coding standards, maintaining our own infrastructure, handling petabytes of data, and solving challenges on a daily basis. We got you covered with a team of strong professionals to support you, a well-built tech stack, and loads of ownership.

A word from the team:

We are looking for a strong colleague who could help us build the whole DevOps and Operations future of Oxylabs. Going forwards there’s a lot of challenges. We are growing quickly and some approaches need to be defined, some need to be redefined. For example what people structures and ways of working would work best for us to do great engineering. How can we build a great public and private cloud experience? What technologies should we use and how? There's a lot of space to show your talents, grow as a specialist and grow into future roles as well.

Your day-to-day:

Maintain current product infrastructure.
Participate in building Private/Public Cloud based platforms.
Closely collaborate with developers to support their needs.
Proactively analyse systems, champion necessary system improvements.
Support development teams, address their needs while bringing back items for DevOps mindset driven self-service future.
Mentor, coach peers in both technical and engineering topics.
New ideas & projects are always welcome!

Your skills & experience:

Experience in CI/CD automation using GitLab or similar technologies.
Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK etc.).
Intermediate IT fundamentals (networking, OS, virtualisation, security, data management, programming, scripting and cloud computing ).
Experience in containerization, orchestration, and virtualization, with expertise in any or all of these areas preferred.
Experience in design and implementation of successful automations (IaC, Helm, Self-developed etc.).

Nice to have:

Experience with public or private cloud based systems (GCP, AWS, Azure, OpenStack etc.)
Experience in maintaining Kubernetes clusters.
Script or programming development experience (Bash, Go, Python etc.).
Mentoring of peers.

Salary:

Gross salary: 2150 - 5290 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
