As the Sales Coordinator—Transactions, you will help the sales team with pre- and post-sales documentation and sales completion. You will support sales consultants in submitting reservation forms, signing SPAs, calculating promo incentives, etc. You will also help with the refund process and other sales documentation.
- Support the sales team in the documentation of various sales processes;
- Help the sales team in drafting and signing the Sales Purchase Agreements;
- Collect customer documents for bank mortgage applications;
- Compile and archive documentation for future use;
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely refunds for the customers;
- Help sales team in managing inventory-related matters;
- Report monthly revenues after detailed auditing;
- Reconcile inventory with the developers for the accuracy of data;
- Perform periodic reporting of sales and revenues on a regular basis;
- Support Sales Managers in setting targets and periodic TVA reporting;
- Support in other special projects assigned by the line manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in Operations, documentation or CustomerServices;
- Previous experience using CRM software/Apps (Preferred Salesforce);
- Able to demonstrate a proven track record within a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of sales operations and process re-engineering;
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
