This role will partner with Customer Care to provide a top-quality Beedie experience to our new homeowners.
Key Responsibilities
- With comprehensive knowledge of the New Home Warranty Construction Performance
- Guide & offer a full understanding of the home/project to the homeowners
- During OP phase, assist in managing the site in collaboration with Construction/Marketing/Service Plus/Homeowners/Movers
- Beedie walkthrough representative: Execute all walk throughs and re-walk throughs with purchaser/homeowners
- Perform final “Master Unit Key Experience” with the homeowner at time of handover, including all “sign off sheets”
- Liaise and coordinate with Customer Care staff at time of move-ins
- Facilitate building management company operation and maintenance orientations
- Assist and help manage the protection to all furnishings throughout and during move-ins: i.e.; carpet runners, millwork corners, wallpaper etc.
- Attend to all customer care calls and appointments (on call 24 hours/day as needed)
- Coordinate all year-end warranty appointments
- Assist with the supervision of any new Beedie Living PC construction and build outs
- Attend all Strata AGM meetings for the first two years
- Complete minor repairs and deficiencies
Desired Skills and Experience
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant customer service experience
- A technical Diploma or relevant Degree
- Knowledge of the construction industry with a focus on mechanicals and interior finishing/details
- Ability to complete minor repairs and deficiencies
- Proven ability to provide consistent and exceptional customer service
- Strong computer skills, experience with ProCore an asset
- A good listener with strong written and oral communication skills necessary to represent the company in a positive, professional manner
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills
