ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a leading multinational pharmaceutical company, is looking for a motivated and experienced Pharmacy Sales Representative withprimary responsibility to promote a range of pharmaceutical products to pharmacies.

 📌Area of Responsibility: Peloponnese Region, Greece

🖋️  Reporting: Area Manager

Key Objective: Responsible for the effective promotion of the company products to pharmacies and healthcare professionals. 

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell the pharmaceutical products to pharmacies and healthcare professionals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the pharmacy community
• Sales - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management
• Conduct product presentations and training sessions for clients.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies

Requirements

Candidate's Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biology or related field
• 2-3 years proven experience as a Pharmacy Representative or similar role in the pharmaceutical industry
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Work independently and thrive in a team environment
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region
