We are looking for an ML Engineer who is passionate about research-driven innovation and wants to shape the future of AI in image generation and NLP💡
Range of tasks:
- Research & Exploration: Stay current with the latest trends in machine learning, with particular emphasis on image-generation techniques and large language models.
- Model Development & Optimization: Develop, maintain, and optimize ML solutions for image generation and NLP
- Integration & Collaboration: Collaborate with our development team to seamlessly integrate AI models into existing systems and user-facing applications.
- Innovation & Experimentation: Experiment with novel architectures and methodologies to enhance performance, efficiency, and the overall capabilities of our AI solutions.
- Image Generation & NLP: Contribute directly to new features centered around image generation (e.g., Stable Diffusion, Flux, or similar) and conversational AI (chatbots).
- Technical Documentation: Produce clear, comprehensive documentation for internal teams and external stakeholders.
What hard-skills are important to us:
- 3+ Years of AI/ML Experience: Proven track record in machine learning and deep learning.
- Python Proficiency: Strong command of Python for both research and production.
- Expertise in LLMs: Experience training, fine-tuning, and optimizing large language models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA).
- NLP Problem-Solving: Ability to solve NLP challenges using both traditional ML and advanced LLM techniques.
- LLM Integration: Skilled at integrating large language models (OpenAI ChatGPT, LLaMA, etc.) into diverse workflows, including fine-tuning and hosting.
- Retrieval Augmentation & Semantic Search: Familiar with RAG techniques and semantic vector search.
- Image Generation Mastery: Deep understanding of the image generation landscape—capable of evaluating and selecting different model architectures.
- Model Training: Confident in training custom models (both image generation and text-based) from the ground up.
- Prompt Engineering: Adept at designing prompts to achieve top performance from various LLMs.
- Innovative Mindset: Entrepreneurial drive to continually push AI boundaries.
- Collaboration & Communication: Strong teamwork abilities and the capacity to articulate complex ideas clearly.
