We are looking for an Marketing Manager (Maternity leave cover for 6 months) for our ambitious, fast growing team in Amsterdam. Working in the Green Chef Marketing team you take a leading role in growing the Green Chef brand and performance marketing activities.
As Marketing Manager for Green Chef, your goal is to find the right place to make as much impact as possible in the customer journey of our future customers. You are responsible for conducting and analyzing customer data and market trends (diagnosis) and turning those insights into both brand and performance activities to increase short- and long term KPI’s.
You will work in the Green Chef Marketing team, but also work closely with the HelloFresh Brand and Growth teams, to make sure your projects are impactful.
Above all, we’re looking for someone who knows how to determine the right marketing activities that will bring Green Chef to the next level.
🥑 This is how you’ll make an impact
- Conduct and analyze customer research (qualitative, quantitative) to gather data and insights in what drives our customers and prospects
- Analyze local market trends & customer insights and translate those into brand and/or growth marketing activities
- Monitor brand performance & brand perception and come up with initiatives to improve these metrics
- Work closely with the Green Chef Brand Manager to improve brand awareness and consideration
- Work closely with the Growth Partnership team to increase sales performance
- Work closely with our global online marketing teams to increase channel performance
- Set up and bring to life new partnerships with other brands
- Set up various experiments and tests to make sure we implement the right initiatives for our customers
🍉 These are the ingredients you’ll bring to the team
- Min. 5 years relevant experience, in Brand Strategy, Performance marketing and/or campaign management, preferably in a fast-paced and extremely competitive market environment
- Ability to think creatively and translate data & insights into concrete actions
- Knowledge of the Dutch media landscape
- Understanding of local trends, with regards to Food, Health and / or Sustainability
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work - you think beyond the scope of your assignment and make things happen.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time and prioritize accordingly
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- A passion for food and changing the way people eat
