We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Technical Solutions Consultant (Pre-Sales) to lead technical discussions with prospective IT, InfoSec, and Technical Architecture teams. This role is crucial in translating customer requirements on key topics such as platform, security, authentication, backup, and data integration. Your ability to address technical questions and resolve concerns will ensure swift IT approval, enabling the sales team to progress through the procurement process.

Your Impact

  • Interpret and align IT/security requirements with the platform’s strengths.
  • Develop and standardize thought leadership around key technical topics.
  • Foster communication between IT, business personnel, prospects, customers, and internal teams.
  • Anticipate and address industry-specific technical concerns.
  • Facilitate clear communication with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product Management, Customer Success) to ensure technical alignment with the sales strategy.

Your Qualifications

  • Native French speaker with fluent English skills (both written and verbal).
  • 2-5+ years of experience in technical presales or a similar role.
  • Experience in technical presales/engineering, technical implementation, network/server administration, and ETL (a plus).
  • Technical consulting/implementation experience, preferably with enterprise planning software.
  • Involvement in technology-enabled business transformation projects.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and people development skills.
  • Deep technical expertise—technical/software certifications a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.
  • BS/BA degree preferred.
  • Experience with SAP S/4 HANA Integration (2+ years) and REST API preferred.
