This position will work closely with the compliance team to support ongoing compliance efforts and ensure that the business operates in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Your main duties in flying with us:
- Support the compliance team in conducting regulatory research and analysis to ensure ongoing compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Help to develop and implement compliance procedures, and controls.
- Assist in conducting compliance reviews and assessments of the company's operations, processes, and systems.
- Monitor and analyze changes in regulatory requirements and industry trends to ensure that the company's compliance efforts remain up-to-date and effective.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to promote a culture of compliance and ethical behavior.
- Participate in training and education programs related to compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of compliance-related documentation, including procedures, and working instruction
- Support the compliance team in other projects and initiatives as needed.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions and communications.
Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, HI - (Hubungan International), or law.
- 0-2 years of experience in compliance or a related field.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others across different teams and departments.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Comfortable working with confidential information and maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and take on new challenges as needed.
