As an important component of improving renters’ journey, Tripalink launched an App that allows renters to search for apartments, e-sign the lease agreement, manage their home including paying rent, requesting maintenance and cleaning, call community shuttles, use community perks, and sign up for various events etc. With ever-evolving physical living products and technology-empowered operations, Tripalink can provide the best living experience for its target renters. The company currently manages about 10,000 units in Los Angeles, Irvine, Seattle, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Tucson, Austin, Chicago, San Francisco, and Berkeley.

Position Summary:
This position will be mainly focusing on generating leads for the local leasing team to lease up the vacancy via a variety of online and offline channels. In addition, this person will also be responsible for field marketing events and activities that drive brand awareness and leads. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to attract potential property tenants and owners.
  • Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, websites, email marketing, and print materials.
  • Manage and update property listings on various online platforms and websites to ensure accurate and appealing property information.
  • Collaborate with the leasing teams to create marketing materials that effectively showcase properties.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, and adjust strategies to optimize results.
  • Maintain and update the company's website, ensuring it reflects the latest property listings and market trends.
  • Manage social media accounts to build a strong online presence and engage with our target audience.
  • Assist in organizing and promoting property events, open houses, and trade shows.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to ensure our marketing efforts remain competitive and relevant.
  • Assist with the creation of marketing budgets and track expenses to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Work with external agencies and vendors, such as graphic designers, photographers, and copywriters, to produce high-quality marketing materials.

Resident Events: Plan, coordinate, and execute engaging resident events and activities to enhance community engagement and satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with property management teams to identify event opportunities and resident preferences.
  • Create and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective event planning.
  • Promote resident events through various marketing channels to maximize attendance and participation.
  • Oversee event logistics, including vendor coordination, setup, and teardown.
  • Gather feedback from residents to continuously improve and innovate future events.
  • Maintain a calendar of upcoming resident events and communicate event details to residents effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing or related field
  • 1-2 years of marketing, sales or business development experience preferred
  • Great people skills: Customer service experience, teamwork experience, and/or sales experience
  • Flexible with time and energy to deal with unexpected situations
  • Highly organized and able to balance multiple projects at once
  • Active, extroverted, and enjoy being hands-on
  • Self-motivated and proactive
