AT A GLANCE

As the Director of Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our Prevention business through strategic partnerships, collaborations, and market development initiatives. You will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, forging relationships with key stakeholders, and executing strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth and market penetration.

Where You'll Be

To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on a hybrid in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our South Charlotte office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

What You’ll Do

  • Business Development Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and expansion in the digital health sector, identifying new market opportunities and forging strategic partnerships to achieve business objectives.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate relationships with potential partners, including healthcare providers, payers, technology companies, and other stakeholders, to drive collaboration and innovation in the digital health space.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs, informing business development priorities and strategic decision-making.
  • Opportunity Identification: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including potential partnerships, acquisitions, and investment opportunities, in alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Proposal Development: Lead the development of proposals, presentations, and business cases to articulate the value proposition of digital health solutions to potential partners and clients, effectively communicating the benefits and differentiation of our offerings.
  • Negotiation and Deal Execution: Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential partners, ensuring alignment on key terms, objectives, and expectations to drive successful partnerships and collaborations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or related roles, with a focus on digital health or healthcare technology
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships in the digital health or healthcare industry
  • Strong understanding of digital health trends, technologies, and market dynamics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and prioritize opportunities to drive business results
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple projects and priorities

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.

  • Starting Salary: $115,000 - $140,000 
    *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience
