As a R&D Assistant
We are seeking a motivated and organized R&D Assistant to join our Research & Development team. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative tasks, support project progress tracking, and assist in the preparation of presentations. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations within the R&D department.
As a part of your role, you will:
- Perform all administrative tasks for the R&D department, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining departmental records.
- Organize and maintain the department's filing system, ensuring all documents are easily accessible and up-to-date.
- Take detailed notes during meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain a log of department activities and track the progress of ongoing projects.
- Assist in preparing and editing presentations using PowerPoint and other tools, ensuring a professional and polished final product.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or Maritime studies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
