<p><strong>ABOUT THE EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT ROLE</strong></p><p><strong></strong><br>Following a period of growth, we are looking for a talented Executive Assistant who is experienced in working internationally. The core of the role is supporting the Chairman and Managing Director with meeting and travel arrangements, corresponding with clients and internally. The Chairman is based in the UK and the Managing Director is based in Dubai, but both have responsibilities for the team and clients in both Asia and the UK. The remaining time will be spent supporting the UK based senior team with ad hoc admin support and some event management. This role is crucial in providing a collaborative and interactive workspace environment and high-quality administration for the organisation’s senior management team. </p><p>You will join our dynamic team at an exciting time; creating an office environment where employees can thrive and will ensure that operational requirements are managed efficiently and effectively.
