Grafana Labs is looking for a Senior GTM Technical Enablement Manager to join our rapidly growing Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. In this role, you will serve as the enablement leader that is partnered to our Solutions Engineering (SE) and Customer Experience (CX) organizations, guiding and developing enablement frameworks and programs nuanced to the needs of the roles on these teams.
The ideal candidate will have a SE background, both from time spent as a SE/SE leader, as well as an enablement leader, focused on SEs. This candidate should also have experience in adapting technical enablement programs that are built for Solutions Engineering and then adapted across multiple customer-facing GTM technical roles including Technical Support Engineers, Customer Success Managers, Solutions Architects etc.
This is a strategic role requiring cross-functional excellence across the GTM org, as this person will work closely with Product Marketing, Product Management, Partner Team, in addition to the key stakeholders across SE and CX.
The leader that joins in this role will work closely with SMEs across both our SE org and our CX org, to identify critical enablement programs needed (onboarding, accreditation, everboarding etc.) and to develop these programs with a focus on:
- Product Knowledge
- Excellence in nuanced role specific customer-facing interactions/soft skills
- Excellence and adherence to Sales Process/Customer Journey
- Cross-functional efficiency
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic planning & leadership for holistic GTM technical enablement frameworks and programs across GTM functions.
- Engage, persuade, and build alliances with GTM key stakeholders involved in technical and skills development in order to identify and design enablement programs needed to achieve the goals of these stakeholders
- Successful design and development of role based training paths for both individual contributors and leaders
- Collaborating with technical SMEs to have content developed, delivered on-time and maintained
- Partner closely with our Engineering teams to stay ahead of product releases, ensuring our teams are aware of how the changes impact their roles
- Drive efficient and rapid ramp times for new team members
- Track and measure the results of enablement programs and content, and regularly report results to key business stakeholders
- Define, track, measure and report of business impact of enablement
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineering or similar role
- 3+ years of experience in a Technical Enablement focused role, preferably at a high-growth SaaS company with a technical offering
- Basic Technical proficiency, ideally with:
- Understanding of Observability
- Understanding of Kubernetes
- Programming experience (any language, favorite Go, JS)
- Knowledge of a curriculum development methodology
- Experience in designing enablement programs for highly technical Solutions Engineers on technical products
- Excellence in program and project management skills including: planning work, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, working with cross functional stakeholders, and navigating ambiguity to deliver results
- Experience delivering high impact enablement programs in a fast moving environment
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills across a range of learner tenures from individual contributor to senior leader
- Proven creative thinker that independently generates and executes on innovative ideas for how to engage learners

In the United States, the OTE range for this role is $168,000 - $201,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process. Benefits include equity, bonus (if applicable) and other benefits listed here.
