As an Affiliate / Influencers Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our affiliate and influencer programs. Your focus will be on acquiring and maintaining strong relationships with affiliates and influencers in the fintech industry, particularly in regions such as SIA, MENA, LATAM, and SSA. Your experience and contacts within the forex and CFD trading industry will be crucial in driving our affiliate and influencer marketing strategy and expanding our reach.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for affiliate and influencer marketing to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth
- Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates and influencers, building strong relationships and providing support to maximise their performance
- Negotiate and manage contracts, commission structures, and performance incentives for affiliates and influencers
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics of affiliates and influencers to identify opportunities for optimisation and growth
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute promotional materials and campaigns for affiliates and influencers
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in affiliate and influencer marketing
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in affiliate and influencer marketing and the fintech industry
- Provide regular reports on performance, growth initiatives, and competitive analysis to stakeholders
- Experience and contacts within the fintech industry, particularly in forex and CFD trading, are essential for this role
Requirements:
- Marketing Platforms: Proficiency in using affiliate and influencer marketing platforms and tools to manage and optimise campaigns
- Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in analytics tools and platforms
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to establish mutually beneficial partnerships with affiliates and influencers
- Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies, including SEO, PPC, and content marketing
- Experience with platforms: YouTube/Instagram/TikTok/FB
Other qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
- Proven experience as an Affiliate / Influencers Manager or similar role, preferably in the fintech industry
- Strong network of contacts within the fintech industry, particularly in forex and CFD trading
- Experience in managing affiliates and influencers in regions such as SIA, MENA, LATAM, and SSA
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
