<p>Location: Hyderabad</p><p>Designation: Depending on experience level<br><br>At Gridlogic, we focus on developing scalable marketing campaigns that engage millions of players in the real-money gaming space. Our Digital Marketing team takes charge of campaigns from ideation to execution, covering everything from media planning and creative development to conversion funnel management and optimization. Using advanced tools like Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Firebase and we conduct continuous A/B testing and data analysis to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.</p><p><strong>Your Role:</strong></p><ul><li>Leverage a strong data skill set to measure media performance, working across media platforms, MMPs (Mobile Measurement Partners), and cloud infrastructures.</li><li>Partner with product and engineering teams to identify and address new customer needs, aiming to improve user experience.</li><li>Generate insights from data to support the launch of impactful, data-backed marketing and user acquisition campaigns.</li><li>Develop measurement models and run experiments to optimize value throughout the customer retention journey.</li><li>Use your knowledge of ad-tech to enhance advertising effectiveness and drive higher engagement rates.</li></ul><p><strong>Key Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience: 6-8 years in digital marketing analytics within a B2C company or consultancy.</li><li>Strong proficiency in SQL, R, or Python, with experience working in complex data environments.</li><li>Experience in projects like Media Mix Modelling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution Modelling, Conversion Lift, LTV prediction, and time-series forecasting.</li><li>Hands-on experience with cloud services such as AWS and GCS, including tools like Big Query, Redshift, Athena, or Spark.</li><li>Familiarity with analysing large datasets from sources like Google Ads, Google Analytics, DV360, Appsflyer, and Ads Data Hub.</li><li>Understanding of user onboarding and conversion journeys in B2C environments.</li></ul><p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong></p><p>Be part of a dynamic and growing team that drives real impact by creating innovative marketing campaigns in the real-money gaming industry.
