Ware Malcomb is seeking a talented Software Developer based in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico to join our diverse and dynamic team. This role is part of a multi-national team that specializes in developing software tools related to the AEC industry. You will work on existing software integrations, web applications (internal and external), and the creation of innovative solutions for project teams and clients. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to develop new software solutions and integrations for internal teams or external clients, with a focus on AI-driven tools and automation.
- Design and build intuitive, web-based, real-time tools that enhance design workflows and simplify complex processes.
- Apply knowledge of architecture, engineering, and AI to deliver reliable data manipulation, integration, and automation solutions.
- Analyze and modify existing software to improve, enhance, and support global teams.
- Develop technical training materials and offer support for end users through written and interactive content.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in software development, with a preference for AI, data science, or computational program integration.
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages (Python, C, JavaScript, XML, JSON) and familiarity with AI frameworks.
- Experience with GitHub or similar version control systems.
- Practical knowledge of object-oriented principles, algorithms, data structures, and AI/ML concepts.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) are required.
- Team-player with the ability to tackle new challenges and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates must pass a background/credit check.
- Experience working in a bilingual or multilingual team is a plus.
