WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR 
We are seeking a highly motivated Content Producer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with creative and production teams to bring concepts to life and elevate ideas through thoughtful contributions. As part of the project team, you will be key in defining the approach and scope of projects, ensuring goals, deliverables, schedule, and budget are clearly established


HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES)

  • Collaborate with creative teams to transform concepts into tangible deliverables, making creative contributions that enhance the overall quality of the work.
  • Partner with business leadership and project management to develop and implement production timelines and budgets.
  • Research, review, and evaluate vendors to make recommendations for vendor selection
  • Prepare comprehensive production schedules and final budgets/estimates, obtaining approval of costs prior to production commencement.
  • Manage your assigned projects with mentoring and oversight from more senior producers as needed for your continued growth and success.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all project deliverables, maintaining the highest level of quality and adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Demonstrate understanding of/willingness to learn SAG and non-union rules and talent contracts.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, flexible, and proactive work environment, showcasing a strong work ethic and acute attention to detail.
  • Exhibit project management skills, effectively organizing and prioritizing multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Identify and address problems quickly, proactively finding solutions and asking for support when needed.
  • Be open to growth, training and adapting to new technology 
  • Communicate and interact effectively and respectfully with individuals at various levels and in different disciplines.
  • Have experience in video filming and editing and a willingness to support with small scale content capture on site when needed

HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS)

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of producing or equivalent experience in creative production, preferably in an advertising, marketing, or production company.
  • Familiarity with a variety of production formats, including static and video.
  • Technical understanding/hands on skills in video/stills content capture/social media a plus
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere a plus
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Adaptable, proactive, detail-oriented and eager to learn and grow
  • Resourceful and able to find solutions to unique production challenges.

SALARY RANGE
The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; location and region; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
