• 與內部服務團隊一起執行專案、提供結案報告
• 達成每月/每季/每年個人業績目標
• 參與內部團隊會議與活動

 

Who You Are

• 具媒體行銷產業企劃或B2B業務經驗者
• 平常喜歡看各種Youtuber和網紅的內容、了解各類型創作者的特色
• 對於網路熱門事物有高敏銳度
• 注重細節、擅長溝通、高效率、有幽默感
• 具備高抗壓性、高責任感、自我要求高
• 習慣以成效數字管理自己的工作
•  1 年以上媒體銷售或媒體策劃
• 有與網紅/創作者合作經驗為佳
• 有豐富代理商聯繫經驗大加分
• 中文精通，英語中等
• 具批判性思維和邏輯推理
• 良好人際交往、溝通及表達能力
• 注重結果，注重細節，組織良好，有責任感
