Role & Responsibilities:
Are you a nimble and agile financial whiz with an executive presence? Do you crave a fast-paced, demanding, yet fun environment where you can grow your career at lightning speed? If you thrive in a collaborative atmosphere and wield systems like Tropic, Ramp, Lever, NetSuite, Salesforce.com, and PowerBI like a pro, then we want to hear from you! In this role, you'll:
Own monthly reporting (budget variances, P&L, MD&A), keeping leadership informed.
Become a master of workforce planning, wielding the Applicant Tracking System (Lever) like a champion.
Dive deep into the sales engine using Salesforce.com, collaborating with sales to unlock insights. Lead the charge on Purchasing and Travel policy updates, wielding tools like Tropic.
Become a financial analysis guru, tackling costing, P&L activities, and strategic initiatives.
Partner with the A-team, supporting month-end close, audits, and more.
Requirements:
- Bachelors in accounting/finance (3-5 years' experience, or less with an advanced degree)
- Excel modeling wizard, PowerPoint & Word pro
- Cost accounting knowledge
- Analytical & problem-solving sharpshooter
- Action-oriented & continuous improvement champion
- Organizational & time management guru
- Meets deadlines like a boss
- Stellar communication skills (written & verbal)
- Team player, resourceful, proactive, and self-motivated
- Ability to travel (occasional)
- Candidate resides within the East Coast or Central highly preferred (East Coast, working hours)
- SaaS experience is highly preferred
