- Types of procedures required.
- Assessments completed every 4 hours, completes med passes as scheduled, completes physician orders in a timely and efficient manner, provides safe, quality care.
- Equipment utilized in the unit/dept.
- EPIC is utilized for the EMR and Pyxis for medications.
- Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept: 7 bed unit
- Nurse to patient ratio of this unit: 4:1 on Med Surg Extended / If needed to float ratio would be 5:1
- Will attend General Hospital Orientation and Jumpstart.
Requirements:- Minimum of 1 year of med-surg experience.
- Indiana RN License Required.
