Work Environment
Position is an indoor warehouse setting with moderate noise levels including voices, office equipment, and foot traffic sounds. Employee may interact with customers, sales representatives, and other internal departments.

Job Summary
Performs a variety of duties related to the shipping, receiving, storing and issuing of assigned goods including food, supplies, equipment, textbooks and other materials; assures supplies, equipment and materials are delivered in a timely manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
Loads and unloads delivery trucks for the purpose of receiving stock and/or filling orders for transport. Prepares orders by either pulling from stock or securing test boxes for the purpose of meeting delivery requirements. Participates in physical inventories for the purpose of verifying stock and identifying losses.
· Transport packages to and from destinations
· Arrive at destinations on schedule
· Fulfill administrative needs, like office pickups
· Research and plan for traffic, construction and weather delays
· Use navigation applications to determine the best route
· Interact with customers professionally at all times
· Ensure that the vehicle is always fueled and ready for use
· Arrange for vehicle repairs as needed
· Keep mileage records and repair records up-to-date
· Be aware of day-to-day functions and take the initiative when able to assist co-workers, use common sense and warehouse knowledge to better our business and work environment.
· Carry out tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or Manager.
· Wearing proper safety equipment and always follow all safety codes.
· Keep areas safe, clean, and organized.
· Excel knowledge to handle large data files efficiently as well as cycle count reports.
· Assist with identifying and recording scrap/surplus inventory
· Strong understanding of Item Master Inquiry screen to research warehouse issues.
· Working knowledge of Crystal reports with ability to run reports and investigate issues.
· Basic production knowledge and pick tickets.
· Understanding of record keeping for packing slips, vendor packing slips and bill of lading.
