Description

SalesRabbit is looking for a Sales Director who will be responsible for teaching, coaching, motivating, and holding accountable a team of high-performing Account Executives, and be in charge of hiring future Account Executives. You will be a frontline manager focused on helping AE’s build sales pipeline, helping them negotiate and close deals, and achieve team quotas. You will partner closely with Sales Leadership, Business Development, and Marketing to collaborate and continue to hone our sales strategy.

Current Team Size:

  • 5 Account Executives
  • Looking to add at least 3 more in the next 6-8 months

Responsibilities:

  • Hiring, onboarding, and developing a team of Account Executives
  • Provide regular coaching, feedback, and professional development
  • Regularly report on team/individual results
  • Forecast sales pipeline and assist in moving deals through the sales funnel
  • Articulate the business value of SalesRabbit, and maintain in-depth knowledge of the SalesRabbit platform, our competitors, and industry trends
  • Help create operational processes, workflows, and data that support the customer journey through the sales process

To be a good fit for this particular role, you should be/have:

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS as an Account Executive
  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience in B2B SaaS Sales
  • Consistent track record of overachieving quotas and targets
  • Strong experience using Salesforce.com, and other sales tools to drive productivity
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and people management skills
  • Be ambitious, a self-starter, and have a competitive drive to exceed targets
  • Have the ability to learn tech quickly and put together technical solutions for potential clients
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as being comfortable talking to new people, especially on the phone
  • Be able to adjust to new systems quickly and be highly organized with a calendar and follow up
  • Have an excitement to experiment, try new things, and be creative
  • Be comfortable with a fast-paced, competitive, fun work environment
