HR & Compliance Executive – (Male candidate)
1. Collating payroll inputs from clients and internal teams and running payroll in Excel / HRMS portal
2. Good with advanced excel skills for preparing HR MIS reports
3. Preparing compliance documents as per CLRA Act, S&E Act, and Factories Act state wise
4. Preparing challans for PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Statutory Bonus returns and annual returns
5. Attending PF Department and Labour Department visits (Need to travel outside Bangalore)
6. Statutory reports preparation for all 3 entities - Form F, Form T, Form H, Form D
7. S & E Renewals, ER-1 returns, IW returns, CLRA renewals and new registrations, PTAX Registration
8. PF and ESIC related activities and resolving employee queries
9. Preparing monthly and quarterly compliance dashboards
10. Knowledge in TDS preferred (not mandatory)
11. Should speak English, Kannada, Hindi
Experience - 3-5 years
