We are currently looking for a stellar Commercial Partnership Director to join us.

The Commercial Partnerships Director is a senior executive responsible for strategic relationships within our global payment partnership network. The candidate is the linking pin between the external providers and the 2Checkout (2CO) internal Product and Engineering departments.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in the e-commerce, payments or fintech industry.

What's exciting about the role

  • Managing strategic relationships with our payment providers and acquiring banking partners.
  • Implementing Business Strategies: working closely with the General Manager and other executives to develop and implement growth strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Performance Management: monitoring and evaluating the performance of various departments and units, ensuring that they meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and other benchmarks.
  • Risk Management: identifying operational risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure the company's stability and continuity.
  • Process Improvement: continuously assess and improve business processes, implementing best practices and innovations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness with the focus to grow the business.
  • Collaboration and Communication: acting as a bridge between different internal and external business partners. Communicating effectively with other executives, managers, and employees to keep everyone aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Leadership: providing leadership and direction to managers and employees, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Skills and Experience we desire

  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, computer science, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in managing commercial relationships in the E-commerce or Financial Services industry.
  • Experience in scaling operations efficiently, especially in fast-growing environments.
  • Strong background in the financial services industry, with a deep understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and risk management.
  • Experience in leadership roles at high-growth startups or fintech companies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
  • Expertise in business development, market analysis, and competitive strategy.
  • Understanding of software development processes, product lifecycle management, and data analytics.
  • Experience in the payments or Fintech industry is a plus
