The Senior Manager of Client Analytics Partnership for Global Markets (EMEA and APAC) leads a group of individual contributors that support strategic client reporting, data insights, and cross-functional collaboration to drive business growth in the EMEA and APAC regions. This is a people manager role and requires hands-on client support on high-priority client partnerships.
The senior manager identifies geo-specific measurement needs, shapes strategies, and leads global testing and reporting initiatives. This role reports to the vice president of global data and analytics and ensures the Analytics Partnership team delivers impactful insights and data-driven strategic client support while fostering innovation and team development.
StackAdapt is a remote-first company. We are open to candidates located anywhere in London as there will be expected travel to France.
What you will be doing:
- Lead the Client Analytics Partnership (CAP) & Scaled Analytics Partnership (SAP) team, ensuring strategic goals are met and pursuing market development.
- Oversee the development, education, and implementation of market-specific measurement strategies, testing plans, learning agendas, and reporting adoption across AM and AE teams.
- Provide direct support on high-priority client partnerships or vendor relationships that lead to overall team capability development.
- Oversee case study and white paper generation to ensure analytical rigour. Help support recruitment and GTM of prioritised test plans to feed the pipeline of potential case study candidates.
- Translate regional needs to Reporting Architects and Data Architects to develop client deliverables that meet their business/marketing reporting objectives.
- Influence SA's EMEA and APAC market strategy by addressing repeated client reporting needs and anticipating future challenges.
- Identify and develop best practices that align with different verticals and business objectives, ensuring scalable client reporting solutions.
- Main measurement consultant for Sales and Client Service Leads and engages in leadership-level conversations for the EMEA and APAC Markets.
- Collaborates with NORAM counterparts to create enterprise-level measurement tactics and ensure efficient division of projects across the regions for collective efforts.
- Represents the voice of the Global region to identify region-specific nuances in GTM materials.
What you bring to the table:
- 7 to 9 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the digital media or programmatic advertising landscape servicing clients.
- Experience managing smaller global teams with analytical expertise.
- Experience in guiding teams through measurement strategies, test designs and learning objectives to set KPIs.
- Knowledge of industry-standard performance metrics and media KPIs.
- Experience working with internal teams, cr and cross-functional partners supporting client relationships.
- Proficiency in using reporting tools (such as Tableau, PowerBI, ThoughtSpot) and media buying platforms for data analysis with the ability to articulate data findings and collaborate effectively.
- Expert understanding of client servicing and campaign management.
