Responsibilities:
Minimum 10 + years of experience MANDATORY
Act as a P&C Insurance Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Lead requirement gathering sessions with clients, which lead to a clear determination of the deliverables expected from stakeholders
Conduct and lead discovery sessions with clients (sessions that assess the clients business and technical challenges and determining the companys and products ability to support their needs).
Document Requirement Specifications and Produce Functional Design documents per domains of expertise e.g. Policy Admin, Billing, Claims, etc.
Write/ Review test plans
Perform expert testing and defects prioritization
Production support including UAT testing, defect analysis and Change Requests management
Perform gap analysis/impact assessments
Use management/reporting systems, as required Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters in business, marketing, computer science or related field;
5+ years of experience as a business analyst in the P&C Insurance industry
In-depth understanding of the foundations of P&C insurance
Policy, billing and claims administration knowledge and implementation experience in the P&C insurance industry
Solid experience in Requirement gathering and documentation experience
Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, etc. methodologies •
