Fix-it 24/7 is dedicated to delivering exceptional HVAC service to homeowners in the Denver metro area, driven by our commitment to legendary customer satisfaction Reporting to our HVAC Service Manager, the Assistant HVAC Manager will lead, mentor, and manage a team of apprentices and Level 1 Technicians, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant HVAC Manager to lead, mentor, and manage our team of Apprentices and Level 1 technicians. This pivotal role combines technical HVAC expertise with strong leadership and coaching abilities. As a key figure in our organization, you will champion our customer-focused philosophy, oversee operations, and drive the success of your team in providing outstanding residential HVAC maintenance services.

Assistant HVAC Manager Compensation and Benefits

• $90,000 - $125,000 On Target Earnings
  • $75,000 base salary + monthly performance bonus

Assistant HVAC Manager Responsibilities

• Conduct regular training sessions focused on technical HVAC knowledge and customer service skills.

• Supervise daily HVAC maintenance operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Provide hands-on support with complex maintenance tasks, troubleshooting, and emergency services.

• Monitor KPIs including customer satisfaction, job completion rates, and service quality.

• Resolve complex customer concerns promptly, ensuring high satisfaction levels.

• Ensure service calls are scheduled, completed, and documented accurately.

• Promote accountability for work quality, customer interactions, and professional growth.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to provide feedback and set goals.

Assistant HVAC Manager Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in residential HVAC maintenance, with 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Willingness to undergo background and drug tests in accordance with state and federal law
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Assistant HVAC Manager Schedule: M-F, 7 AM - 5 PM.
