Customer Development Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Developing the base of customers (Fashion and Beauty industry) according to the company's strategic plan;
- Analyzing customers needs;
- Negotiating with the customers and preparing quotations;
- Scheduling B2B meetings with the customers;
- Establishing and registering all the details of the first sales (terms of cooperation, interaction, document management);
- Implementation of KPI's.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience in logistics in customer service;
- Fluent writing and speaking English and Polish languages (Russian will be an advantage);
- Ability to work for the result;
- High communication skills;
- Knowledge of an international freight forwarding services market;
- Negotiation skills.
