Your Role
We are looking for an entrepreneurial product leader as a Director-Product Management (Platform) who can chart out and drive product strategy to scale out our abilities to reach and serve millions of users. You’ll build core systems and scale data platform that can handle the expanding volume,velocity, and variety of data as well as data governance, data security, and a thorough knowledge of the technologies and processes used for data management, such as data integration, data warehousing, data archiving, and data backup. A Day in the Life
- Drive design, development and rollout of world-class technology solutions to solve challenging business problems with the help of health cloud in healthcare across multiple customer engagements
- Drive strategy, roadmap and developer experience for Auto Scaling of Compute, Developer APIs & SDK and Accelerator for Data Activation Platform, a fully-managed SQL/NoSQL database service
- Lead several enterprise workload migrations from on-premises, supported global enterprise customers, presented in customer and partner engagement design sessions at Data Activation Platform re:Invent, and executive briefings
- Lead product planning, strategy and execution for DAP Insights, defining market opportunity, MVP capabilities, and success metrics, partnering with engineering, program management and marketing teams
- Developing frameworks and strategies to analyze competitive landscape, potential data partnerships, and opportunities
- Prioritizing your team’s backlog and work across teams to drive features
- Streamlining our operational processes & automating away complexity so we can scale to serve 10x more healthcare customers efficiently
- Processes and technologies in place to ensure data quality - assesses the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data
- Designing for further international expansion so that we can more quickly launch in new markets and with new partners
- Lead a product team that is in charge of providing a secure, scalable, efficient and highly available data platform with a mission to provide friction-free experiences for data consumers.Few Imp points are mentioned below:

What You Need
- A genuine interest in solving complex problems within the healthcare industry; prior healthcare experience will be a bonus
- Deploy technology frameworks that are required for governing data assets and enhancing them continuously for more efficient management of sensitive data assets.
- Triggering process recommendations for data processing and intrinsic controls to comply with data security and privacy legislation enforcements.
- Leverage Artificial Intelligence, Business Intelligence,User Interfaces,Cloud,Big Data and legacy reporting database stacks for rolling out various technology initiatives.
- 12+ years of experience working on medium-to-large scale products. Experience with big data, cloud technologies, data management best practices and data analytics is mandatory
- Knowledge of and experience with ETL, Data Warehousing/Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data visualization tools
- Hands-on experience with extracting data using SQL, NoSQL
- Familiarity with data inspection tools and creating mapping documents
- Basic experience with scripting (Shell, Perl, Python) is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with appropriate and logical structuring of thought process during problem solving and discussions/presentations
- Ability to lead teams in driving end to end activities to meet set milestones and provide necessary mentorship/guidance for the team growth
- Ability to distill complex concepts into easy-to-understand frameworks and presentations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate results and issues to internal and client teams
- Ability to work within a virtual global team environment and contribute to the overall timely delivery of multiple projects
- Willingness to travel to other global offices as needed to work with client or other internal project teams.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree with a strong technical bent of mind
