Rate Limit Maximum : 50-55K INR including markup
EXP : 2+ Years in Service Desk Support (Inbound Voice)
Max 20 Days Notice Period candidates
Note 1 : Looking for the candidates with international support experience
At least 2 years of previous experience in Global IT Helpdesk supporting global users.
· Excellent Communication Skill – Verbal and Written
· 16/5 Service Window. Should be flexible to extend or ready to work on weekend if any business requirement arises.
