About the Role
As a Lead Gen & ISR Team Lead, you will play a critical role in driving our outbound sales efforts. You will be responsible for developing and implementing lead generation strategies, managing relationships with demand generation partners, and leading a team of Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) to achieve ambitious sales targets. Additionally, you will ensure HubSpot is fully utilized to optimize our sales processes and collaborate closely with the B2B Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to align lead generation with broader sales strategies.
