About the role:

As the Manager of Quality, Training, & Process, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the customer support landscape. This multifaceted position encompasses three key areas: Quality, Training, and Process Improvement. We are looking for a strategic thinker, a hands-on leader, and a change agent who is ready to make a lasting impact.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • To help assemble training material 
  • To understand client requirements and effectively utilize their architecture 
  • Develop courseware content and delivery mechanisms 
  • Find efficient ways to deliver course creation and deployment with pace. 
  • Develop internal tools and procedures 
  • Help ensure compatibility with our Partner’s infrastructure 
  • Work as part of a team with project manager, graphic designers, and instructional designers to meet delivery dates 
  • Communicate effectively with our partners, senior management, and peers 
  • Document work on projects 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of work experience at L1
  • Minimum 3 years of team management experience
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Familiarity with change management processes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
