Key responsibilities: |
Extract data from Client.com instance and load into internal data query engine |
Transform data into visualizations and trend reports to support business processes |
Create, maintain and publish dashboards and reports Create ad-hoc reports and data analysis to support leadership and stakeholder updates |
Create compelling business stories from the data based on trends in the data |
Create integrations with other internal systems (PLX scripts/APIs) |
Investigate data sets to test hypotheses and identify trends |
Build data pipelines and workflows to allow operational reporting on key steps in a business process |

Preliminary deliverables: |
Dashboard Creation |
Work with select stakeholders such as GPO (Google Procurement) and BOPS (Business Operations) to create a consolidated view of 3rd party software requests. |
Create a dashboard based on the output of the Client case management system to show the teams active pipeline with associated filters. |

Data Analysis |
Using the application inventory and subsequent supplier list, pull recent activity from internal systems and calculate various performance metrics. |
Connect to Simba (contract management system) to determine average time to complete a contract. |
Connect to Buganizer (issue tracking system) to determine average time to complete a VSA (Vendor Security Audit). |
Connect to Ariane (product launch management system) to determine average time to complete a product launch. |
Key operational metrics should be calculated based on data extracts from these systems based on the known supplier list from the consolidated application inventory |
