Compensation: $18.00/hr
How do our Dealer Support Admins Drive Impact?
- Create and pre-write vehicle packets
- Enter vehicle information into Walser computer systems
- Create, open and update repair orders for in-coming vehicles to be reconditioned into Walser computer systems
- Greet vehicles and personnel as they drive in and direct them to where they need to be (i.e. parking/unloading/delivery)
- Check in and park vehicles that come in off transports to their designated areas with appropriate paperwork
- Move, arrange and locate vehicles as needed in the lot and in/out the Recon warehouse
- Maintain a clean and orderly appearance of the lot
- Provide support for snow removal on vehicles and in the lot
- Ensure all cars get to designated service center for safety
- Assist with gas tank as needed
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures and protect company assets
