What this job can offer you

What you bring
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, with a track record of successfully managing products through their lifecycle.
- Solid understanding and experience in HR Tech, particularly in Time Off and/or Time Tracking solutions.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills; previous business analyst or operations experience in HR is a plus.
- Strong ability to define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with key stakeholders and customers/users.
- Writes and speaks fluent English.
- It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the creation, execution and delivery of the product roadmap for your team
- Achieve a significant and measurable increase in value delivered for your team-level product.
- Define and communicate a clear and inspiring product vision and strategy for your team-level product and stakeholders.
- Establish a strong network and relationship with your key stakeholders and key customers/users.
- Establish close and effective communication and collaboration with your key stakeholders and key customers/users.
- Acquire a good understanding of our industry, your product group, products & services and our customers and users.
- Acquire a solid understanding of your team-level product or service.

At first glance our salary bands seem quite wide - here is some context. At Remote we have international operations and a globally distributed workforce. We use geo ranges to consider geographic pay differentials as part of our global compensation strategy to remain competitive in various markets while we hiring globally.
The base salary range for this full-time position is between $45,600 USD to $153,900 USD. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
