Field Marketing Team's Mission?
As the Head of Field Marketing, you are responsible for driving pipeline generation through digital/physical programs to meet or exceed revenue goals in Japan. You will develop and drive targeted marketing programs to generate awareness, pipeline, move prospects through the sales cycle and help build a customer relationship. You will collaborate closely with the Snowflake Japan leadership team to plan and execute. In addition, you are expected to successfully collaborate with a variety of individuals and teams as well as manage numerous projects simultaneously, in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter with a natural curiosity to learn and to explore.
The Impact You Will Make:
- Identify Japan market requirements/opportunities, develop/implement Go-to-Market strategies & end-to-end integrated marketing programs, including multi-channel, digital/physical events, email nurture and social media campaigns
- Co-create with other marketing functions such as partner marketing, Enterprise/account-based marketing, product marketing, customer advocacy, PR to drive successful customer engagement and market awareness in Japan
- Engage & maintain direct alignment with Sales/SE teams in terms of all pre/post program communications, and marketing-driven campaigns/promotion strategies
- Own & drive executions within budget, and handle vendor management, including PO/procurement process, new vendor onboarding, etc
- Manage project timelines, quality issues, resources, and budget
- Set goals & define metrics for each campaign including targeted lead flow - track campaign results, measuring program success, and reporting metrics
- Evaluate all campaigns’ impact & ROI to determine the success and forecast for potential future investment
Who You Are:
- 12+ years of proven multi-channel B2B marketing experience within enterprise software/SaaS
- Bachelor's Degree in, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Ability to understand and communicate to diverse technical and non-technical audiences
- Penchant for technology creativity to “think outside the box” and leadership to execute effectively
- Experience in building and delivering demand generation marketing programs
- Demonstrated success in highly collaborative partnerships with other marketing and cross-functional leaders both inside and outside the company
- Strong influencing skills with the ability to sell ideas and get buy-in with various stakeholders
- Hands-on execution ability with effective project and time management
- Project management, prioritization, organizational skills, accuracy in performance and details driven
- Experience in Salesforce, Marketo, Wordpress and Zoom
- Good understanding of cloud infrastructure, cloud applications, data science, analytics platforms (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud, Dataiku, H2O, Salesforce)
- Ability to maintain an optimistic, pragmatic, and self-starter attitude
- Global mindset and ability to maintain an optimistic, approachable, and proactive attitude
- Fluent in Japanese and business level English
