Your Role:
As an Account Manager, you will play a fundamental role in growing our book size in the US region via existing clients and new acquisitions. You must be comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders (internal and external) and have the ability to navigate through a fast-paced, rapidly changing business environment.

The prime responsibility is to maintain CEO/CFO relationships with SMEs to originate business

Drive sales through existing customers

Deliver a % of overall revenue growth from allocated clients

Adding value to the client and staying ahead of the competition by structuring and implementing innovative deals

Serve as the key client contact on multiple accounts

Grow revenue per customer on a month-on-month basis

Address complex customer queries around Trade Finance and related products

Owns and hits/exceeds annual origination numbers within assigned territory and accounts

Builds relationships with customers, develops and executes strategic plans to achieve targets, and maintain zero customer dropouts
Our Checklist:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in BD / Sales, Account Management, or Sales operations

An aggressive sales professional who can think through how to increase wallet share from existing customers

Consistent proven track record in exceeding revenue targets and take ownership of the tasks you are assigned

A quick learner, comfortable with numbers, and has strong quantitative skills.

Strong virtual presence and experience communicating through dozens of calls, messages, emails, VCs per day

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Comfortable working from 7:00 pm to 4:00 am/ 6: 00 pm to 3:00 am
