ABOUT THE TEAM
In 2011, we launched our own collection with the mission of presenting the latest trend / fast fashion products at affordable prices.
The Trendyol Private Label Team combines fashion with technology at every process from Design to Production and Supply Chain, working closely with our partners to deliver the same goal: Offering our customers the perfect fashion shopping experience!
We are all working with the same purpose: To create a positive impact in our ecosystem by enabling commerce through technology.
QUALITIES WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- University degree preferably in Textile Engineering, Engineering, Economics, Management,
- At least 8 years of experience in buying or merchandising
- Prior experience in textile or production companies is a plus,
- 2 or more years of experience with team leadership or cross-functional team leadership is expected,
- Strong experience in interpreting both quantitative and qualitative results of analyses, believing data is the most powerful tool for informed decision-making,
- Comfortable with the big picture as well as small details with a sense of analytical thinking, detail-orientation and eagerness to learn,
- Excellent communicator who can build relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders - numbers are key, but business can only be built with people,
- Excited to work with different functions within the company,
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Turkish,
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects and process design,
- Highly analytical and comfortable with complex data sets, creative problem solver who thrives with ambiguity.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understanding the customers' and market demands,
- Tracking the sales and stock reports regularly, create action plans accordingly,
- To track the domestic and international sector improvements and trends closely,
- Developing the collection according to customer's expectation,
- Maintaining relationships with existing suppliers and searching for new resources for new products,
- Coordination of all processes of the product from the design phase to the production and sales,
- Taking necessary actions to achieve the targets by using budget management,
- Will be able to work on the basis quality, price and deadline,
- Preparing reports by reviewing sales performance indicators regularly.

Every month, we gather at our offices once to work side by side, fostering in person communication and embracing the camaraderie that fuels our team spirit. Each division has a pre-set optional office day each week. Based on our preferences, we come together at our offices at our discretion as an opportunity to feel more team spirit, immerse in our culture, and familiarize ourselves with our way of workings.
We offer the opportunity for a two-month full remote work program, allowing you to work from abroad, during the summer period (July to August).
This working model applies to our hybrid job postings; on-site roles require being based in an office work environment.
