LINE Pay offers seamless payment services, including an easy and secure digital wallet, and quick on-the-go payment options for purchases, money transfers, or top-ups. LINE Pay services can be utilized within public transportation, for purchasing goods and services from partner brands, as well as for various utility bill payments.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Credit Control & Collection Executive to join our Finance Team. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will bring your expertise and skills to tackle the challenges that impact millions of people.


What you’ll Do:

  • Manage multiple delinquent accounts for debt collection efforts
  • Keep track of delinquent accounts to identify outstanding debts and conduct collection performance report
  • Provide guidance to collection team and assist the team with difficult calls
  • Handle escalated cases related to collection team
  • Collaborate with relevant parties as necessary
  • Proactively identify and propose ways to streamline and improve collection process
  • Strictly comply with the company policies/SOPs
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned


What you’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or related field
  • At least 3 years of working experience in accounts receivable, debt collection, customer service or any field related
  • Knowledge of debt collection legal requirements is a plus
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Google Sheet
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Self-motivated, commitment, result-oriented and problem-solving mindset
  • Strong sense of confidentiality and integrity
  • Positive attitude, a fast-learner, and team player
