Job Description:
  • First point of contact in greeting visitors and employees.
  • Fielding phone calls and taking messages when necessary.
  • Printing and mailing invoices (Steeb).
  • Receiving and delivering mail/packages to employees.
  • Facilitate any in-house meetings (coordinate catering delivery, clean up kitchen after lunch, refill snacks in the meeting room).
  • Will need to have very good customer service and phone presence skills.
  • Experience with Word/Excel/Outlook .
  • Must have GED or HS Diploma.
