Role Summary
We are looking for A talented, ambitious, and proactive individual to provide operations clearing support for Futures, Options, Equity, Energy, Agricultural & OTC exchanges
Responsibilities
- Ensuring all top day trades are allocated, cleared & accepted in a timely & efficient manner
- Recapping clients in multiple formats on behalf of specified internal brokers
- Daily monitoring & problem resolution of exchange clearing gateways & 3rd party clearer file imports
- Daily monitoring & problem resolution of downstream internal system feeds & processes
- Working closely with front office brokers, assisting with all queries & requirements
- Configuration & maintenance of back office clearing static data
- Reporting any issues to back-office supervisor & clearing manager
- Working closely with IT & trade support groups, advising of system issues daily
- Managing top day trade activity to reduce intraday margin calls
- Efficient email management, including both personal & group mailboxes
- Assisting with mandatory exchange upgrades in association with software vendors & internal systems
- Assisting with introduction of new exchanges & 3rd party clearing relationships
- Training new staff members
- Monitoring trader’s error positions & ensuring off risk department & senior management awareness
- Assisting the Brokerage Department on relevant queries
- Liaising with the Clearing Manager & IT development to improve systems & procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with the company’s regulatory requirements under the FCA, NFA, AMF, AFM, MAS and any other relevant regulatory body.
- Adhere to the operational risk framework for your role ensuring that all regulatory or company determined parameters are complied with.

- Clearing experience essential
- Knowledge of XTP, ATeo LISA & TEO Clearing software

- Following a strict & disciplined regime, aiding all employees
