The company is located in Madrid, Spain, and will serve clients in France, Germany, the Netherlands, and other Benelux countries.<br></p><p><strong><em>We are looking for candidates who speak any of the following combinations:</em></strong></p><ul><li><strong><em>English + German + French</em></strong></li><li><strong><em>English + German + Dutch</em></strong></li><li><strong><em>English + Dutch + French</em></strong></li></ul><p>We welcome candidates willing to relocate with a European passport or work permit for Spain. <strong>No age limit!</strong> 🚀</p><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>Post-Sales Support and Assistance:</strong></p><p>✅ Respond to customer and distributor calls and emails regarding inquiries and issues related to products and services after the sale.</p><p>✅ Provide quick and effective solutions to post-sales requests and issues.</p><p>Proactive Follow-Up:</p><p>✅ Ensure comprehensive follow-up on all customer inquiries and issues until their final resolution.</p><p>✅ Make follow-up calls to verify customer satisfaction with the provided solutions and resolve any pending issues.</p><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>Maximizing Customer Satisfaction:</strong></p><p>✅ Make reminder and follow-up calls, always aiming to maximize customer satisfaction.</p><p>✅ Anticipate customer needs and provide service that exceeds expectations.</p><p>Information Management and Continuous Improvement:</p><p>✅ Update databases with relevant information about customers and their post-sales inquiries.</p><p>✅ Draft reports and generate insights to identify areas for improvement in post-sales service.</p><p>✅ Collaborate with other departments to enhance processes and customer experience.</p><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>What We Are Looking For:</strong></p><p>✅ Languages: The candidate must be fluent in English (does not need to be fluent in Spanish). Additionally, you must be able to communicate fluently in two of the following languages: French, German and/or Dutch.</p><p><strong><em>We are looking for candidates who speak any of the following combinations:</em></strong></p><ul><li><strong><em>English + German + French</em></strong></li><li><strong><em>English + German + Dutch</em></strong></li><li><strong><em>English + Dutch + French</em></strong></li></ul><p>✅ Flexibility: Availability to attend our offices during the training period (2 months) and work in rotating shifts.</p><p>✅ Technical Knowledge: Experience in document management and technological platforms, as well as social media.</p><p>✅ Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers to manage and resolve complaints and claims.</p><p>✅ Desirable Experience in Customer Service.</p><p>✅ Tolerance to Frustration.</p><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><p>✅ Start Date: September 2024.</p><p>✅ Remote Work: For those working remotely on Saturdays, there will be an initial training phase to be carried out a few days a week at our offices in Madrid.<br></p><p>✅ Flexible Hours: Possibility to adjust hours between 7 am and 8 pm from Monday to Saturday, and part-time work options.</p><p>✅ Professional Growth: Develop your skills in a dynamic and technological environment with opportunities for continuous training.</p><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>Salary and Benefits:</strong></p><p>✅ Salary: 24k annually for full-time contracts, distributed over 14 payments. For part-time positions, the salary will be adjusted proportionally according to the contract hours.</p><p>✅ Holidays: Enjoy 26 working days of vacation per year, plus 2 extra days for each Spanish public holiday.
