About the Role:
We’re building a new innovation team to explore bold product directions and prototype transformative solutions. As Tech Lead, you’ll work closely with senior leadership to identify opportunities, build full-stack solutions, and integrate advanced AI technologies like Large Language Models (LLMs).
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership to define and prototype new product ideas.
- Build full-stack solutions, from front-end interfaces to scalable back-end systems.
- Leverage LLMs and develop custom algorithms to power innovative features.
- Rapidly iterate on prototypes to validate concepts and ensure feasibility.
- Mentor team members and maintain high technical standards.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years in software development, with leadership experience.
- Expertise in full-stack development (React,
Node.js, or similar).
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and advanced algorithms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in ambiguity.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.) and rapid prototyping tools.
