Commercial Finance Analyst

We are looking for a Commercial Finance Analyst to join our Property team! 

·       Job Title – Commercial Finance Analyst

·       Location – BL9 8RR

·       Working rota – Mon-Fri

·       Working hours – Full time

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Commercial Finance Analyst, you'll be doing the following: 

• Support the Property Commercial Finance team with the assessment of all store investment appraisals across all Group fascia and territories.
• Produce post opening store sales performance & variance analysis
• Update and maintain weekly sales data across all group fascia
• Provide store performance data & analytics to assist in strategic property decision making
• Ad hoc analysis & reporting (ie. competitor impact, sales transfer, footfall)

What We're Looking For:

• Finance graduate looking to complete professional qualifications - Excellent study support package provided towards completion of ACCA,CIMA qualification
• Good analytical skills required in order to investigate, understand and explain variances and overall business performance
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to work both in a team environment and under your own initiative
• Strong communication skills both written and oral
• Good time management with ability to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines
• Used Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Use other MS Office programs
• Retail industry experience desirable
