Premium Solutions Consultancy is hiring a General Manager for a client in Qatar. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to oversee the overall execution and business development of the client's SMART Cities, SMART Transportation, and SMART Parking company. The General Manager will own the overall business P&L, ensuring the company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall execution and business development of the company.
- Own and manage the overall business P&L, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Lead the design and execution of ELV & IoT systems for SMART Cities.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Manage and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in Doha.
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Master in Business Administration or Master in Finance.
- Proven experience in the design and execution of ELV & IoT systems for SMART Cities.
- Demonstrated success in leading a P&L unit in a similar operating company in Qatar.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
