About the role

WeWork is hiring a for a open position in the Procurement and MDM team. In this role, you will drive compliance, data reporting and process optimisation of the procurement function. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Optimise the design of the procurement processes to improve TAT and SLAs.
• Design and Build the Source to Pay journey to automate and prepare the function from future perspective.
• Manage the Sourcing and Procurement Systems (SAP and Aerchain) for bugs and developments.
• Build report library for Sourcing and Procurement functions.
• Identify key KPIs and build automated reports for these KPIs. 
• Drive the procurement function behaviour to a data driven approach.
• Ensure SOP and IFC compliance for the Sourcing and Procurement Function.
• Drive ESG initiatives for BRSR reporting and Net Zero Target. 

Education and Desired Qualifications:

• CA or MBA with 3-4 years of experience in reporting, compliance or process improvement.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent Microsoft office skills.
• Prior experience of data reporting and Analysis.
