Mission:  

As a Marketing Intern, you will support the Marketing Director in driving top-of-the-funnel opportunities and mid-funnel pipeline acceleration. You will assist in executing and managing demand generation activities, such as tradeshows, VIP and co-partnering events, webinars, digital marketing and ABM campaigns, customer testimonials recording, based on the regional plan developed with Global Marketing team and Regional Sales. 

 

What you’ll be doing: 

  1. Support for Demand Generation Campaigns: 
  • Assist in designing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, webinars, digital paid campaigns, social media). 
  • Contribute to creating engaging and relevant content to attract and convert leads. 

2. Contribute to Analysis and Reporting of the generated results: 

  • Analyze campaign performance using marketing automation and CRM tools. 
  • Track performance in conversion of the leads to opportunities. 
  • Follow-up on regular reports on KPIs and suggest improvement recommendations. 

3. Contribute to the Event Organization: 

  • Help set up, organize, and follow up on physical and digital events (trade shows, partner events, webinars, lunch & learns, workshops, associations, executive round-tables, thought-leadership speaking engagements, etc.). 
  • Coordinate logistical and operational aspects of events in collaboration with various teams. 

4. Cross-Department Collaboration: 

  • Work closely with sales teams and BDRs to align demand generation strategies. 
  • Collaborate with international marketing teams to share best practices and ensure campaign consistency. 

5. Marketing Project Management: 

  • Assist in coordinating and managing various marketing projects. 
  • Ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality. 

6. ABM (Account-Based Marketing) Strategy and Operations: 

  • Participate in deploying the ABM strategy by identifying and targeting key accounts. 
  • Work with sales teams to tailor marketing approaches and maximize impact. 

Requirements

  • Education: Student in Bac+3/4 in marketing, communication, or a related field. 
  • Marketing skills :
    • Good knowledge of digital marketing tools : Google Analytics, Marketo, etc.
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools : Word, Excel, Power Point.
    • Goog analytical and organizational skills and usage of the tools such as : Excel, Salesforce, Asana.
    • Good knowledge of the design tools : Power point, Canva, Pitchy, Adobe.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English and French. Knowledge of another European language is a plus. 
  • Personal Qualities: Autonomous, creative, team-oriented, able to work in a dynamic and international environment. 

Benefits

This role is available for an internship (6 months minimum or gap year) and apprenticeship (one year). 

Role available at Sidetrade HQ in Boulogne-Billancourt (Marcel Sembat, 9 or Boulogne Jean Jaurès, 10) 

Possibility of hybrid remote working (max 2 days per week)
