YOUR MISSION
We are looking for a Account Manager to be responsible for a portfolio of food top partners in Oporto. Your role is to build strong relationships with top partners, manage their account and implement strategies that will grow your partner’s business inside Glovo and make you achieve your goals and targets.

THE JOURNEY
- Establish excellent relationships with Glovo’s partners through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs and building engagement
- Evaluate, follow up and build reports of your portfolio and KPIs periodically. Be proactive and data driven enough in order to improve operational KPIs with partners
- Be able to prepare deep dive analysis on Glovo’s business topics
- Works based on systematic planning, makes a deep analysis of available information and designs action steps.
- Draw and execute plans, making your partners grow through promotions, marketing activations and menu performance (selling items, AOV, Conversion Rate, cross selling and upselling).
- Achieve your Quarterly Targets (Growth, Revenue, Ops, Commercial).Take actions to reach your goals and company OKRs.
- Increase Glovo's revenue through commission renegotiation and convincing partners to invest in Glovo's assets
- Ensure that Glovo has the best content and become partner's no1 operator by signing preferred partnerships with partners and build long-term marketing plan
- Ability to solve objections and manage to negotiate terms and timings with people and partners
- Interact with other areas (operations, marketing, finance) to make sure that we are giving best possible service to your partners
- Organize schedule in advance leaving time for deep dive tasks and for meetings with partners
- Teach the partner how to use the manager portal to become self-sufficient, so that partner can: change and edit the menu, activate promotions and check their information with Glovo
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing or Industrial Engineering..
- Ability to comfortably work in a high growth and high-performance start-up with a fast pace environment.
- Computer literacy; good knowledge of Google tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
- Excellent local language and English skills.
- Strong commercial expertise with ability to conduct business and sales presentations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Problem solver, data-driven with an analytical approach.
