ServiceNow CMDB - Cedar Rapids, IA

• Mandatory – ServiceNow CMDB and Service Discovery/Cloud Discovery experience
• Good to have skills - Experience implementing and maintaining ServiceNow Discovery and Cloud Discovery. Should have hands-on experience with Discovery tools, Service watch, Service mapping in the CMDB. Create and maintain ATFs

• Experience implementing and maintaining ServiceNow Discovery and Cloud Discovery.
• Maintain CI class, attribute, and relationship properties for all CIs.
• Maintain data certifications and a CMDB health dashboard
• Perform day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow Service Mapping/Discovery tool, including mapping additional defined business services into the tool and updating discovery configurations for deeper network penetration.
