About This Opportunity:

We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and experienced Global Total Rewards Specialist (focus on compensation) to join the Total Rewards and HR Operations team at Docebo for an 13-month temporary position.

We have offices in multiple locations around the globe and this role will help shape the global philosophy and deliver the global benefits and retirement programs to all Docebians. This role works closely with managers, employees and different internal and external partners in the delivery of the total rewards programs with a focus on compensation, sales compensation and incentive plans. 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the design and implementation of global total rewards policies, procedures and programs
  • Provide input and interpretation on compensation, sales incentive and incentive plans, etc.
  • Lead the participation in a variety of salary surveys and conduct regular benchmarking to evaluate the competitiveness of our jobs against the external market and make suggestions/improvements to ensure our programs are competitive
  • Support the  implementation, administration, and communication of regional pay structures
  • Participate in the annual total rewards planning cycle
  • Participate in the design, development and implementation of a global incentive plan and sales incentive program
  • Administer the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)
  • Ensure all total rewards programs are compliant and adhere to local regulations
  • Complete analysis on various elements of the total rewards programs
  • Create  total rewards communication material
  • Provide secondary support in other disciplines such as global employee benefits and retirement programs
  • Participate in various projects that may span across the Human Resources team 

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience with global total rewards programs, including compensation, incentive, equity, employee benefits plans, and retirement plans 
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), or other compensation certification, considered an asset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with external and internal contacts
  • Willing to research total rewards programs in new countries
  • A collaborative team player who has the ability to work independently and is comfortable with change
  • Expertise in Dayforce compensation module, benefits administration and Shareworks administration would be an asset
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with Excel and experience with the G Suite
